For each GOgrad, Grad Orbit creates an individualized three-dimensional profile that captures a grad’s academic background, work experience, and persona. This profile establishes and promotes a grad’s personal brand.

GOprofile benefits three parties: the grad, the mentor, and the employer. By creating this profile, a grad is able to articulate their unique worth. Grad Orbit also expects that the grad will gain confidence after visualizing their comprehensive background. With the data provided by grads during the GOprofile information collecting process, a mentor can better direct a grad toward suitable job opportunities. Plus, the profile helps the mentor identify a grad’s skills and strengths. In turn, the mentor can coach a grad on how to best use and express these abilities during the interview process and beyond. Lastly, the profile gives the employer a better picture of the grad.

Using information from a grad’s initial resume, GOprofile information collection sheet and the chat logs between mentor and mentee, Grad Orbit crafts an authentic narrative that delves into a grad’s unique personality and skill sets. We believe that this form of storytelling heightens a grad’s self-assurance by elucidating their distinct value to the job market.

GOprofile Creation Approach

A grad’s narrative is divided into the same three categories contained in the GOprofile: Academic Achievements, Work Experience, and Persona. This narrative expands on the most noteworthy data from the GOprofile information collection sheet, and it does so in a logical and easy-to-read manner. Written in the third-person point of view, each GOprofile narrative maintains a professional tone while illustrating a grad’s distinctive background.
